Chocolate S’mores Protein Bars

High Protein S'mores Protein Bars


•1 cup almond flour 
•1 tsp baking powder 
•1 tsp vanilla extract 
•1/2 tsp salt 
•2 tbsp cocoa powder
•1/3 melted vegan butter 
•2-3 tbsp dairy free milk
•2 flax eggs (2 tbsp ground flax+ 3 tbsp water)
•1/2 cup coconut sugar or erythritol
•1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
•1/4 cup vegan mini marshmallows 


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 
2. Line a bread pan with parchment paper and set aside 
3. Mix your flax egg and water together and let sit for 5 minutes 
4. Mix all the dry ingredients together (save about half of both the chocolate chips and marshmallows for topping at the end 
5. Mix your wet ingredients together including the flax egg 
6. Combine the wet and dry together 7.Spread the batter into the pan and press down lightly until even 
8. Sprinkle on the rest of the toppings and press down 
9. Bake for 25 minutes, let cool completely 10.Refrigerate and enjoy!
