Additionally, verified brand partners and approved influencers may receive complimentary shipping on all orders under special account terms. for Free shipping is available to domestic retail customers whose order subtotal exceeds $100 USD before tax and discounts. Additionally, approved influencer accounts and authorized brand partners under affiliate or promotional agreements qualify for complimentary standard shipping on all orders. These accounts must be verified and active in the store’s customer database..

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: Subscription-based deliveries are fulfilled every 30 days, with orders processed and shipped on the 25th day of each subscription cycle. Customers can expect delivery within 3–7 business days from that date, depending on their location and chosen shipping method. Subscription discounts apply only to recurring subscription orders, and not to onetime purchases. Any changes to payment, address, or subscription status made before the 20th day of the cycle will apply to the upcoming shipment.

 

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time without penalty through their account dashboard or by contacting customer support at customerservice@livbody.com. Subscription discounts are automatically applied based on the number of products included in the recurring order: 1 product: 5% discount 2 products: 10% discount 3 or more products: 15% discount Additionally, customers who maintain an active subscription for four consecutive months receive an extra 3% loyalty discount beginning with the fifth month. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout and remain valid as long as the subscription remains active.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the limitations or delays of the selected courier service. Orders are shipped in accordance with each carrier’s operational capacity, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed during high-volume periods, carrier disruptions, or regional restrictions. We do not assume responsibility for courier delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.

 

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
