I created LIVBODY because I wanted more than just a supplement line. I wanted to build something real — a brand rooted in transparency, integrity, and impact. As someone who’s been in the fitness industry for over a decade, I saw firsthand how flooded the market had become with products full of artificial junk, hidden ingredients, and flashy marketing…
So, I set out to create something different.

Most people don’t realize LivBody is a family-run business — and that’s one of the things I’m most proud of. It’s not some big corporate machine behind the scenes… it’s me, my family, and a passionate team who truly care about what we’re creating.
My other half, Jason, has supported every idea, helping keep things running smoothly and cheering me on every step of the way. He’s not just my partner in life but a huge part of the heart behind this brand.
Our girls are my ultimate “why.” Everything I do — every product we develop, every decision we make — I do with them in mind. I want them to see that you can build something meaningful, stay true to your values, and lead with purpose.
