Protein Butterfingers
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cup organic corn flake cereal
• 1 cup runny protein peanut butter
• 1/2 scoop oatmeal cookie LIV Vegan Protein Powder
• 1/2 cup maple or agave syrup
• 1/2 tsp salt
Chocolate Coating:
• chocolate chips + a little bit of coconut oil to make it runny

Directions:
1. Grind the corn flakes until partially crunchy and smooth
2. Mix in the remaining ingredients until a thick dough forms
3. Shape into about 8 servings and freeze for about an hour
4. Once hardened, coat each on with chocolate and place back into the freezer until chocolate is hardened 5. Enjoy for a healthier treat!
