Return Policy

Unopened Products

You can return unopened item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. The 30 day money back guarantee is valid only once per product. Your item must be in its original unused or unopened condition to be returned. Refund amount will only be for the product cost, shipping charges are non-refundable. We do ask that the customer covers the return shipping costs and items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. *Only Vallid to U.S. Customers*

Opened Products

You can return opened item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a 50% refund. The 30 day money back guarantee is valid only once per product. All returning items must be less than 20% used to qualify for a refund. Refund amount will only be for the product cost, shipping charges are non-refundable. We do ask that the customer covers the return shipping costs and items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.  *Only Vallid to U.S. Customers*

Note that expired product is not eligible for return or exchange. Please email customerservice@livbody.com before sending in your order.

Returns or exchanges will not be initiated until we receive your order returned in full to our address at 1000 N Green Valley Pkwy. #440-620, Henderson, NV 89074. Refunds will be made only to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund credit to appear on your statement. 

Subscription Services

Refunds are not offered for Smart Ship subscription services. If you are signed up for an auto-renew subscription service program, your membership in that program will remain in effect until you cancel it or until we terminate your participation in the program. 

Wrong Address

LIV Body is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer, (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.) LIV Body is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders.  Please contact the mail carrier with full name and tracking number.

Not Received/Stolen Orders

LIV Body is not responsible for orders not received if shipping address is correct when placing order. Please contact the mail carrier with full name and tracking number.

International Shipping

Customer is responsible for taxes and laws imposed by receiving country. You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Failure to collect parcel from foreign postal administration is direct responsibility of the purchaser. Any returned package purchaser will be held responsible for shipping costs to and from final destination.
