Return Policy

Unopened Products

You can return unopened item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Your item must be in its original unused or unopened condition to be returned. Refund amount will only be for the product cost, shipping charges are non-refundable. We do ask that the customer covers the return shipping costs and a return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Promotional items must be returned to qualify for a refund. Exchanges are not being processed at this time. *Only Valid to U.S. Customers*

Opened Products

You can return opened item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a 50% refund. All returning items must be less than 20% used to qualify for a refund. Refund amount will only be for the product cost, shipping charges are non-refundable. We do ask that the customer covers the return shipping costs and a return request must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date. Promotional items must be returned to qualify for a refund. Exchanges are not being processed at this time. *Only Valid to U.S. Customers*

LIV Shredded 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with LIV Shredded within 30 days of receiving, ship it back to us for a full refund of the product price. Exchanges are not being processed at this time. 

PLEASE NOTE: 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is only valid for LIV Shredded. Valid only once per product, per household, for one 30 day supply. The empty bottle must be returned in order to receive credit for the money back guarantee. If you purchased more than one 30 day supply (more than one bottle of LIV Shredded) you must return all other bottles in their original sealed unopened containers. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note that expired product is not eligible for return. Please email customerservice@livbody.com before sending in your order.

If you purchased and received a free item, or purchased a discounted bundle on the post purchase, all items need to be returned in order to receive a refund. If you wish to keep the free item, the full retail value of the promotional/free item will be deducted from the refund amount. If you return the free items with more than 20% used the full retail value of the promotional/free items will be deducted from the refund amount - this applies to ALL orders.

Returns will not be initiated until we receive your order returned in full to our address at 1000 N Green Valley Pkwy. #440-620, Henderson, NV 89074. Refunds will be made only to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund credit to appear on your statement. 

Subscription Services

If you are signed up for an auto-renew subscription service program, your membership in that program will remain in effect until you cancel it or until we terminate your participation in the program. 

Wrong Address, Not Received, or Stolen Orders

LIV Body is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.). LIV Body is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders. Please contact the mail carrier with full name and tracking number.

International Shipping

Customer is responsible for taxes and laws imposed by receiving country. You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Failure to collect parcel from foreign postal administration is direct responsibility of the purchaser. Any returned package purchaser will be held responsible for shipping costs to and from final destination.
