30 Days to Live the Best You Tips & Tricks

We’ve put together 5 Steps to boost your first 30 days.

STEP 1- SET YOUR GOALS

DECIDE EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT. Be very specific, and as detailed as possible. Get started with: 30 Days to LIV your best you.

STEP 2- MEAL PLAN

  • Eat every 3-4 hours
  • Option to sub 1-2 meals per day with a LIV Body Shake. 1 scoop of LIV Body Vegan Protein Shake
  • 1/3 cup of veggies such as spinach, kale, or pumpkin
  • 1 scoop of LIV Body Vegan protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon healthy fat such as nut butter or half an avocado
  • 8–16 fl. oz. of liquid such as water or non-dairy milk (based on preference)
  • Drink 3 liters to one gallon of water per day.
  • Add additional vegetables, healthy fats and/or carbohydrates to your shakes or meals if you are feeling hungry.
