High Intensity Intervals 

Increase the intensity as high as possible for two minutes at a time

Slow down and keep a steady pace for one minute in-between intervals


Squat Jumps

Bring the speed down to liking, squat down as low as possible and jump to the next step

Leg Lifts

Bring the speed down to liking, step up for one leg and then lift the other one behind you as you step up.

Cross Overs

Lift your bottom foot up and across your anchored leg to the next step
