All moves are performed as a circuit -- 4 sets:
Rest 30 seconds to 1 minute between rounds and keep your core engaged throughout the workout.
1. CROSS CLIMBERS TO SINGLE LEG PUSH UP: 20 reps
2. BURPEE TO SCISSOR LUNGE: 40 seconds
3. SIDE TO SIDE LUNGE: 1 minute
4. STANDING KNEE CRUNCH & JUMP SQUAT: 30 seconds
