HIIT Circuit with LIV Body Athlete Valentina Lequeux

Grab your hat and take it outside for this HIIT Circuit from LIV Body Athlete Valentina Lequeux (@valentinalequeux). Find a friend to join you and get ready to feel the burn. (Just think about how amazing your legs will look afterwards!)

If you need a little pick me up before your workout, LIV Energy is perfect to give you mental focus and endurance to get you through all the exercises.

 

 

All moves are performed as a circuit -- 4 sets:

Rest 30 seconds to 1 minute between rounds and keep your core engaged throughout the workout.

1. CROSS CLIMBERS TO SINGLE LEG PUSH UP: 20 reps 
2. BURPEE TO SCISSOR LUNGE: 40 seconds
3. SIDE TO SIDE LUNGE: 1 minute
4. STANDING KNEE CRUNCH & JUMP SQUAT: 30 seconds
