Make Delicious Protein Muffins with Jordan Edwards

LIV Body Athlete, Jordan Edwards (@JordanKe) gives an easy recipe of how she incorporates protein into her diet. Try making these healthy protein muffins using our Cinnamon Coffee Cake Lean Protein & Greens  for a snack or quick breakfast! 

Ingredients: 

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend
  3. Spray muffin pan with Pam or any non-stick cooking spray
  4. Pour blended mix a little more than half into each individual muffin pan
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon (if desired) and bake at 350 or 400 degrees for 20 minutes
  6. Top with fat-free whipped cream & enjoy!
