LIV Body Athlete, Jordan Edwards (@JordanKe) gives an easy recipe of how she incorporates protein into her diet. Try making these healthy protein muffins using our Cinnamon Coffee Cake Lean Protein & Greens for a snack or quick breakfast!
Ingredients:
- 1 Scoop of LIV Body's Cinnamon Coffee Cake Lean Protein & Greens
- 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 TBSP Stevia
- 1 Cup of Almond Flour
- 1 TSP Baking Powder
- 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
- 2 TBSP Light Butter
- 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients into a blender
- Blend
- Spray muffin pan with Pam or any non-stick cooking spray
- Pour blended mix a little more than half into each individual muffin pan
- Sprinkle cinnamon (if desired) and bake at 350 or 400 degrees for 20 minutes
- Top with fat-free whipped cream & enjoy!
