Advanced Prenatal Support for You and Baby

LIV BODY’s PRENATAL multivitamin is designed with clinically relevant nutrients in premium bioavailable forms to support both maternal health and fetal development—from pre-conception through pregnancy and nursing.

This comprehensive blend includes essential vitamins and minerals in chelated forms for optimal absorption and gentle digestion:

  • Features Ferrochel® iron, magnesium bisglycinate, zinc citrate, and copper bisglycinate to reduce stomach upset commonly associated with standard mineral forms
  • Utilizes active B-vitamin forms for enhanced bioavailability including Methylcobalamin (B12), Pyridoxal-5-phosphate (B6), L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (methylfolate)

Together they support methylation, energy metabolism, and brain development, critical for prenatal and overall wellness.

  • For the babies cognitive and neurological development, this formula delivers Choline, a vital nutrient often lacking in typical prenatal products, and Vegan DHA from plant-based omega-3 powder to support fetal brain and eye development without the fishy aftertaste.
  • We also include ginger extract standardized to 5% gingerols, a well-known natural support for nausea relief and digestive comfort during early pregnancy.
  • Rounding out the formula are antioxidants like vitamin C, mixed tocopherols, and selenium, along with trace minerals and vitamin D3 and K2 for bone and immune support. With a thoughtful balance of nutrients that support mom and baby, this formula helps promote a healthy pregnancy from the inside out.

FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

Q: When should I start a prenatal?j

A: Ideally 1–3 months before trying to conceive (or as soon as you know you’re pregnant) and continue through pregnancy; many continue while breastfeeding.

Q: Folate or folic acid—what’s the difference?

A: Both support brain development. Folic acid is the well-studied synthetic form; 5-MTHF (methylfolate) contained in LIV BODY's Prenatal is the active form many prefer. Either is fine—just hit the recommended daily amount because adequate folate in a healthful diet may reduce the risk of neural tube defects in women of childbearing age.

Q: Do I need DHA (omega-3)?

A: It’s often recommended (200–300 mg/day) to support baby’s brain and eye development. LIV BODY's Prenatal contains 250mg Algae sourced.

Q: My prenatal makes me nauseous—what can I do?

A: Take it with a snack or at night, try a smaller serving split (AM/PM), avoid taking with coffee. LIV BODY Prenatal uses Bisglycinate Cheleted form of Iron which is considered a gentle iron with less gastrointestinal side effects. If nausea persists, ask your clinician about alternatives.

Q: What if I miss a dose?

A: Take it when you remember; if it’s close to the next dose, skip the missed one. Don’t double up.
