Growing up I was always an athlete. I did volleyball, track, competitive cheerleading, college cheerleading, and college track. I have always "worked out" with sports but I never started lifting in a gym until I tore my ACL in college. I stopped playing sports and started focusing on making my body healthy. I immediately started seeing changes in my body that I have never seen before. I decided to get certified in personal training and my career started to take off. Overcoming my ACL was the biggest challenge I've had and it changed me completely. In a way it was a great thing for me. I now feel stronger and healthier. I am 26 years old, I live in Orlando FL, and am a personal trainer with my own business. I have worked towards this goal for years now and I couldn't be more excited that my goals are finally being reached. I'm still looking to grow every single day and putting in the work twice a day.
