Leg Day with LIV Body Athlete Jordan Edwards

Lace up your sneakers, pull your hair back, crank up your iPod and let's get to work! If you have ever seen Jordan Edwards' abs you might think that she spends hours daily doing crunches. Think again. Although Jordan does core work every other day, hitting legs intensely with short rest periods is the fastest way to shred body fat while packing on muscle simultaneously.  

Try this leg day by @Jordanke and let us know what you think. Make sure to prep up a few scoops of Hydrating Aminos to sip on during the workout to help prevent muscle breakdown and enhance recovery.  

 

 

The Workout:

Single Leg Machine Lunges:  3 x 12-15 reps per leg

Hack Squats:  4 x 15 reps

Leg Press:  4 x 15 x 20 reps

Leg Extensions:  5 sets of 10-20 reps

We left a wide variation of reps with the goal being that you switch up your rep schemes and foot placement every single set. Attack this workout with intensity, never take longer than 60 seconds rest in between each set, and let us know how it goes!
