Beach Workout with LIV Body Athlete Natalie Matthews

Our LIV Body Athlete, Natalie Matthews (@fitveganchef), vacationed to her homeland of Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 and brought back the perfect beach workout to share with you! 

Put on your sunscreen, set yourself in the sand, take in the surf then:

☀️10 burpees super set with a 20 second sprint
REST for 1 minute
☀️10 deadlifts* super set with a 20 second sprint
REST for 1 minute
☀️10 jump squats super set with a 20 second sprint
REST for 1 minute
☀️10 reverse lunges on each leg

💪🏽REPEAT WORKOUT 3 TIMES 

*If you can’t find a log, use a rock, or anything heavy you can find...dog, tree, car etc. 😂
