The Workout:

4 sets of *AMRAP⁠: Wide Grip Pull-Ups or Assisted Pull-Up Machine⁠
4 sets of 12-15 reps: ⁠Barbell rows ⁠
4 sets of 12-15 reps⁠: Wide Grip Pulldown ⁠
4 sets of 12-15 reps⁠: Straight Arm Cable Pulldown⁠
4 sets of 12-15 reps: Standing ⁠Barbell Shoulder Press ⁠
20/15/12/10 Dumbbell Lateral Raises (increase weight with every set)⁠🔥⁠Burnout: drop weight in half and AMRAP🔥⁠
3 sets of 10-12 reps: ⁠Dumbbell Hammer Curls ⁠
