Raspberry Lemonade Hydrating Aminos Popsicles

We found a fun way to ensure that you are getting your recommended amount of BCAAs! This recipe is not only quick and easy, but it tastes delicious as well and is perfect for the weather!

INGREDIENTS: (makes 2)

  • 2 scoops LIV Body Hydrating Aminos (Raspberry Lemonade)
  • Popsicle Mold
  • 16 ounces of water
  • (optional) frozen raspberries

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a shaker bottle.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds.
  3. Let freeze for 24 hours.
  4. Enjoy!
