Our newest LIV Body Athlete, Valentina Lequeux (@valentinalequeux), shows us how to make her delicious and refreshing Protein Acai Bowl. It's the perfect meal (or snack) for the coming summer months! Not to mention, by adding our Greens & Superfoods, LIV Marine Collagen, and Lean Protein & Greens, the smoothie is packed with key nutrients to enhance digestion, promote healthier skin and bones, and increase overall wellness.

  1. Take 1 whole pineapple and slice it in half
  2. Using half of the pineapple, cut around the slice it into sections
  3. Scoop out the inside with a spoon and set aside for later
  4. In a blender add the milk, blueberries, strawberries, Kiwi Strawberry flavored Greens & Superfoods, LIV Marine Collagen, Chocolate Mocha flavored Lean Protein & Greens
  5. Blend all the good stuff
  6. Once everything is blended, pour contents into the pineapple bowl
  7. Top with your favorite fruits -- pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, as well as no sugar added coconuts flakes, and chia seeds
  8. Enjoy!
