High Protein Gluten-Free Vegan French Toast

LIV Body Athlete, Natalie Matthews (@FitVeganChef) gives us her 4-ingredient high-protein gluten free vegan french toast. Try making these the night before for a delicious breakfast using our Vanilla Chai Lean Protein & Greens! This vegan french toast is packed with protein and healthy greens that you won't even taste!



  • 1 scoop of LIV Body Lean Protein & Greens Vanilla Chai 
  • 2 slices of Low Carb Gluten Free Bread - Alpine Valley Multi Grain (you can use whatever low carb bread you choose)
  • 1/2 cup of Soy Milk
  • Cinnamon - be generous, add more if desired
  • 2 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract 
  • Flax Meal - this is grounded up flax seeds. Grind up in coffee grinder or high speed blender.


  • Start heating pan over medium heat.  
  • Whisk all together (you are able to prep night before), whisk until it has a nice thick consistency.
  • Coat bread into mixture and set on pan.
  • Leave on each side for 3-4 min or until it begins to brown. 
  • Add berries (optional), syrup and enjoy!
