Make Protein Muffins with Jordan Edwards

LIV Body Athlete, Jordan Edwards (@JordanKe) gives her easy way she incorporates protein into her diet. Try making these protein muffins using our Cinnamon Coffee Cake Lean Protein & Greens for a snack or quick breakfast! 





  • Mix All The Ingredients into a Blender
  • Blend 
  • Spray Muffin Pan with Pam or any non-stick cooking spray
  • Pour Blended Mix A Little More Than Half Into Each Individual Muffin Pan
  • Sprinkle Cinnamon, If DesiredBake at 350 or 400 for 20 min
  • Top with Fat Free Whipped Cream & Enjoy
